Global Subsidiary GAI Opens New Branch in Florida

Global Equities Corp. (OTCBB: SEGB), a provider
of technology and financial resources for international
investors, announces that its wholly owned subsidiary
Global-American Investments, Inc. (“GAI”) has
added a new branch office in Florida in May
2003. The new branch has its own existing active
retail customer base and its own proprietary
trading platform that have been brought under
GAI’s broker-dealer license.

office has the ability to rapidly double our
current trade volume,” said Toby Chu, SE Global
president and chief executive officer. “The
decision of this branch to choose GAI demonstrates
our strong reputation in the securities industry
for efficient and professional management of
customers.”
