Since 1986, Mr. Toby Chu has been the President, CEO, and Director of Capital Alliance Group Inc, a Canadian listed company, CIBT Canadian Institute of Business & Technology Corp, a subsidiary of Capital Alliance Group Inc. and SE Global Equities Corp, a U.S listed public company. Mr. Chu also serves on the Board of Directors for 9 other privately and publicly held companies in Canada, United States, Hong Kong, China and Switzerland. Mr. Chu has extensive experience in business management and administration particularly in the areas of Initial Public Offerings, Reverse Take Overs, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance and Venture Capital.

Prior to his involvement with Capital Alliance Group, Mr. Chu was the operations manager of a major food distribution company and was also a director of three other computer-related companies that grossed over $25 million in 1992. In 1993, Mr. Chu was awarded the honor of "Top 40 Business People Under the Age of 40'" by the Business in Vancouver newspaper. He guided one of Capital Alliance Group's former subsidiaries, ANO Office Automation, to become the "33rd Fastest Growing Company out of 100 Companies in Canada" (PROFIT Magazine - 1993), and guided Capital Alliance Group to become the "Top 100 Public Companies in Vancouver" ranked by Business in Vancouver newspaper in 1994. Mr. Chu was nominated for the Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants and Montreal Trust sponsored Entrepreneur of the Year Award and made the short-list as one of the top 30 finalists among 300 nominees across Canada. In June 2002, CIBT was named Canada¹s 36th Fastest Growing Company in Canada by PROFIT Magazine.

Over the past two decades, Mr. Chu has founded, merged or acquired over two dozen companies in a wide range of industry sectors including information technology, Internet personnel services, academic and career education, marketing media, securities and investments. These companies currently have a business presence in Canada, United States, Thailand, Hong Kong, China and the Middle East.
