Mr. Tim Leong is responsible for the financial matters of the SE Global. Mr. Leong has been the Chief Financial Officer of SE Global's partent company, Capital Alliance Group, since July 1995 and served as a director from July 1995 to July 1996. Prior to joining Capital Alliance Group in 1994, Mr. Leong was a Senior Manager of Dyke & Howard, Chartered Accountants and Auditor, Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants.
