Mr.
Neil earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University
of Victoria and completed the Canadian Securities
Course. He was the President and General Manager of
Western Maytag Distributors Ltd in Vancouver, BC for
three years. Since 1996, Mr. Neil has been working
primarily as a consultant in the financial markets.
His areas of expertise are venture capital, corporate
communications, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions,
and marketing. He has developed an extensive network
of analysts, medias, brokers, business contacts, retail
and corporate investors. He has sophisticated knowledge
of the capital markets and has been a successful trader
and investor in equities and options for over 10 years.
