If the streaming videos do not run properly a solution is to download the entire video to your computer and then watch it. To download the video to your computer follow the instructions below:

1. From the list below choose the quality of video you want to download.
2. Right mouse click, and choose "save target as" from the menu.
3. In the "Save As window", save the file to your Desktop.
4. Do not change the name of the file. Click the Save button.
5. Depending on your modem speed, the download time may vary. Take note of the file name as you will need to reference the file once the download is complete.
6. When the download is finished, click on the icon on your desktop and the video will should start to play automatically.
