SE Global Equities Changed to Sun New Media Inc.

On September 18th, 2005, SE Global Equities Corp. acquired Sun New Media Group Ltd from Sun Media Investment Holdings (“SMIH”) of Shanghai, China and effected a reverse merger. 

Subsequent to the purchase, SE Global Equities Corp has changed its name to Sun New Media Inc and the new OTCBB trading symbol has changed to: SNMD.
